Office Manager / Patient Accounts

It is my duty to  manage the daily care of the practice, patients, and  employees.  I also schedule new patient examinations, go over treatment fees, and make financial arrangements. My favorite part of my position in the practice is working out ways to help make orthodontics affordable for each individual budget. I love being  part of making a beautiful smile a possibility for everyone. Working with Dr. Collazo is great because he has a passion for orthodontics. Not only does he provide the highest quality of orthodontics, but he truly cares about each individual patient. 

I am currently engaged to be married. I have a wonderful daughter who is a dental hygienist and a crazy cat named Gracie who keeps me constantly entertained. I love to read and spend time outdoors, and I am a huge animal lover.

Business Manager

I oversee the broad aspects of our orthodontic offices. As an accountant, I manage the accounting needs of the practice, the payroll and the accounts payable. I also enjoy creating fun ways of marketing the practice and giving back to our wonderful patients and referrals. I love our patients and the difference we make in their lives. I love to work on team building by organizing events outside of the office for our fabulous staff. I have a great appreciation for the difference the little things can make in a successful practice.

Dr. Collazo is a wonderful orthodontist, and I’m not just saying that because he’s my husband! We have two sons, Taylor and Austin, who continuously amaze us with their accomplishments and successes in life. My favorite hobbies are spending time with my family, exercising and doing creative projects.

Scheduling Coordinator

I  meet and greet all our patients as soon as they walk into our office. I am responsible for taking care of all their scheduling needs and making sure they feel comfortable and relaxed in our office. The favorite part of my job is getting to know the patients! I try very hard to make each patient feel at home when they come here. I admire Dr. Collazo and respect his knowledge and the way he cares about his patients.

I am married with four children, five grandchildren, five step-children, and a dog named Tucker who runs things at home. I am an artist, working in oil painting, and am active in the Little Rock art community. Our family also has a houseboat, and we spend a lot of time on the Arkansas River.

Head Orthodontic Assistant

I assist Dr. Collazo with our patients’ orthodontic adjustments and also assist with his lecture presentations. My father is a dentist, so I’ve always had a great appreciation for a healthy, beautiful smile. I love working with our patients and learning all about them. It’s like working with friends all day long. Our team is committed to excellence and it is important to me that our patients know how much we care.

My wife’s name is Carmen and we have four children, Ben, Samuel, Julia, and Evan. Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, climbing, camping, traveling, and really anything with my kids and family.

Clinical Coordinator / Orthodontic Assistant (RDA)

As a chairside assistant and clinical leader, I make sure the clinic runs smoothly and Dr. Collazo is made aware of each patient’s needs when they are in the chair. I enjoy working on the more difficult cases and being challenged each day. I love all parts of my job, especially the end of treatment when we’ve changed someone’s life with a beautiful smile. I also enjoy the education about orthodontics that Dr. Collazo shares with us.

When I’m not in the office I enjoy drawing, playing softball, bowling, and pretty much anything outdoors.

Amberly

New Patient Coordinator / Orthodontic Assistant (RDA)

I am responsible for assisting with the new patient exam. This includes taking of all diagnostic records and sharing my knowledge of orthodontics with the new patient. I treat each patient as if they were a guest in my home, making them feel comfortable and confident that they have come to the right place for their orthodontic care. I also work chairside as an assistant whenever our team needs me. Dr. Collazo has such a passion about his work and gives 100% of himself to each patient. We have an awesome staff that I feel lucky to work with.

I am married to my husband, Michael, and we have one son, Gage, and two dogs, Little Bit and Tater. I love being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and riding four-wheelers.

Orthodontic Assistant

I assist Dr. Collazo with all aspects of patient care and make sure patients are comfortable and informed about their orthodontic treatment. I love seeing the finished product and how happy each patient is to get their braces off. I work with a wonderful team and truly consider them to be like my family. I appreciate all the time, quality, and dedication Dr. Collazo puts into each individual patient and couldn’t imagine working for a better orthodontist.

My husband, Brandon, and I have two daughters, Addison and Ella, and two dogs, Molli and Piper. In my free time, I love having cookouts with family and friends, going to the lake, and outdoor activities with our girls.

Orthodontic Assistant

I have been working in the dental field since 1992 and am currently a chairside assistant for Dr. Collazo. I love to see the smile on each patient’s face when we remove their braces. My position allows me the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives on a daily basis. I love Dr. Collazo’s dedication to his patients and the way he strives for perfection in all that he does.

My husband’s name is Dewayne and we have two sons, Josh and Connor. We also have two dogs and five cats, so our household keeps me pretty busy. I am a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Arkadelphia. In my free time I enjoy target practice, knee boarding at Lake DeGray, and working in my yard.

Rochelle

Orthodontic Assistant

I am one of our chairside assistants, so I am responsible for making sure our patients are comfortable and that all their needs are taken care of. Our patients are the very best part of working here. I get such a great sense of accomplishment knowing we’ve changed people’s smiles for the best.  I also really enjoy my co-workers; our teamwork is amazing! Dr. Collazo is very focused on education and is constantly teaching us about new technology so we can better serve our patients.

I am a mom to two sons, Chad and Joseph. We also have two dogs, Scooby and Mojo. I love my family and we enjoy many outdoor activities such as swimming, bicycling, and rollerblading. I am a member of New Life Church in Maumelle and serve on the Welcome Team and Arkansas Dream Center Team to help families who are less fortunate.

Shayla

Lab Technician / Orthodontic Assistant (RDA)

I take care of all our lab duties including making appliances, ordering supplies, and assisting Dr. Collazo chairside. My favorite part of working in orthodontics is seeing how happy our patients are at the end of their treatment when they see their new, beautiful smiles. I am grateful to work for a doctor who genuinely cares for his patients beyond their orthodontic treatment. I appreciate his ability to strengthen the practice to better serve our patients by sharing  knowledge and teaching the  staff to be the best we can be.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy reading, hiking, sightseeing, and jogging in the beautiful Little Rock area.
